The GCB Bank Limited, as part of efforts to increase customer retention, improve its market share has launched a brand ambassadors’ drive to achieve that objective.
Briefing the media at the launch, Head of Corporate Affairs of GCB, Madam Tyra Obuobi said, the inauguration of the ‘Golden Eagle Ambassadors’ who are workers of the bank, will mark the beginning of change, a change that will yield excellent results.
According to her, the initiative will propel the bank into its set objective to becoming the leading bank in the country and also increase its market share.
The brand ambassadors who are staff of the bank in all parts of the country, are expected to among other things spearhead business development in their respective localities.

Our commitment to our country and its heritage, values and future are demonstrated every day through the actions that we take as an organization. This has not, and will not, change.

Under the partnership, the two institutions will operate as correspondent banks, facilitate trade finance, deepen capital markets and jointly organise business missions designed to enhance trade and investment between Morocco and Ghana.
Other areas of interest being explored between the two reputable strong financial institutions with the financial muscles to carry out big deals include, retail banking, insurance, consumer finance, corporate and investment banking.
