The physician assistant connected to the death of four persons at the New Senchi Health Centre has been granted bail by a Koforidua High Court.
Simon Takrama, was granted GHc 20,000 bail with two sureties.
The bail is coming after the Physicians Assistants declared a sit down strike following the arrest and detention of their colleague.
Simon Takrama was arrested alongside James Yeboah, a retired Disease Control Officer who administered the said contaminated injection, whiles working at the facility illegally.
The bail was granted by the presiding judge, Cecilia Naa Shormey Davis, after the lawyer for the accused person, Sulleymana Musah, successfully argued for same.
