The Acting National Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Freddie Blay has called on party supporters to see the upcoming December 7, election as a ‘’do and die’’, affair.
Addressing teaming supporters’ of the umbrella family at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra Sunday, Mr. Blay underscored the need for party supporters to do all they could to ensure victory for the presidential candidate of the party, Nana Akufo Addo.
According to him, it was time the incompetent Mahama-led administration is booted out to allow a more competent leadership led by Nana Akufo Addo, take over the management of the state towards economic stability and development.
The NPP he posited has the men to turn the fortunes of this country around. He further told the mammoth crowd that the NPP will work with the private sector to bring in lots of investment to help turn things around.
Mr. Blay who was charged said, ‘’Listen, this election is about determination. This election is do and die. We all have to make sure that, Nana Akufo Addo is elected as the president of the Republic of Ghana. Go down to your villages; don’t give up. By the end of the December election, Ghana will be back on track. I thank you all. Just give way for the NPP to come to power and the country will make a lot of progress and there will be wealth for all of us to enjoy.’’
