Brigadier General Nunoo Mensah, a former Chief of Staff has prophesied that there would be a repeat of the June 3rd fire and flood disaster because we've not learnt any lessons from it.
Speaking to Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, he said there are people living today who God have endowed with wisdom but when they talk, their suggestions are thrown overboard all because they've not attended a university.
He said, ''I am not a prophet or Gabriel or Isaiah...I fought a campaign which could have prevented the June 3rd disaster but at the last stage, it was thrown overboard and over 150 lost their lives.
