FDA declares zero-tolerance to the importation of unregistered products

The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has declared a zero-tolerance for the importation of unregistered products.

A statement issued by the FDA said Section 99 and 116 of the Public Health Act 2012 prohibits the importation of unregistered products.

The FDA said it would not allow such importations or give any clearance at the ports.
