Former Member of Parliament Ningo-Prampram Constituency Enoch Teye Mensah has been elected as the representative of the Greater Accra Region on the Council of State.
He got 100% of the votes to win the polls.
He polled 58 out of 58 votes to win the elections on Friday, February 12.
