Seven convicts being held at the Sandema Police Station waiting to be moved to the Gambaga Prisons in the North East Region have escaped from lawful custody.
Rainbowradioonline.com gathered that seven out of the 10 convicts forced the metal gate of the Sandema police cell open, on Saturday 10 April 2021 around 10 pm to escape.
The escapees are Amondrn Azaari, Kwesi Achalipaabey, Albert Walera, Awenyok David, Moses Amoak, Kaseley Nab and Abaniakame Adocta.
Meanwhile, one person has been recaptured and authorities have asked the public top assist them in recapturing the escapees.
