Sustainable development expert Michael Ebo Amoah has opined that some ministers sabotage their deputies making, it difficult for the deputies to be effective.
In his view, some of the ministers are selfish, arrogant and greedy.
He said if you don’t take care as a deputy minister, you will fall into the hands of a minister who will sabotage you.
The political analyst added that some ministers who served in the first term of President Akufo-Addo sabotaged their deputies and failed to give them any work to do.
He said we cannot discount the role of deputy ministers because it is a constitutional requirement that has to be fulfilled.
Reacting to the issue of regional balance in the current administration, he advised the president to be mindful of this.
He said because the Ashanti Region gave the government several votes, the president has rewarded their loyalty.
He was also worried women are not fairly represented in the current government.
