The Ghana Police Service has declared one Albert Webelera wanted for escaping lawful custody.
The suspect according to the Police could be hiding in Builsa North and South Districts or any part of the country.
The Police has encouraged the public to assist them with information regarding the suspect who is dark in complexion and 5.7 feet tall.
