Accra Hearts Of Oak in recent years have been working on their facilities to improve the attractiveness of the club to sponsors and cooperate entities.
The Pobiman project began early August 2020 and is likely to be completed this year 2021 with the effort from the board of directors of the club.
With the development and implementation of the Pobiman project, the supporters’ group of the club through their leaders, promised to donate some materials to the club to help hasten the completion of the project.
In an interview with Alhaji Acambi on Rainbow Frontline Sports, Isaac Worlanyo Wallace asked if the club has received the donation promised by the supporters’ group of the club as promised.
Alhaji Acambi, a board member of Accra Hearts Of Oak, in his response, disclosed that the supporters of the club are yet to donate donated any materials to the club concerning the development of the Pobiman project.
He further stated that the club will welcome any donation from the supporters if they are willing to do so.
The club on June 22, 2020, signed an agreement with a local construction firm to start the early works on the project.
The ultra-modern training complex, when completed, will have staff residence, senior housing unit, a gym, training centres (Pitches), laundry, swimming pool, lockers, toilet facilities, kitchen and dining hall.
The second phase of the project will be carried out by a Turkish construction company.
