The Tamale Police Command has arrested a fifty-one-year-old man been arrested by the police in Tamale for allegedly having carnal knowledge of his 14-year-old daughter.
The suspect is said to have allegedly abused the victim sexually rimes against her will.
Rainbowradfioonline.com gathered that the man, divorced for several years and took advantage of that to allegedly sexually abuse his biological daughter.
The website also gathered that the victim lived with the grandmother after her parents’ divorce.
She reportedly the father during vacation and he took advantage of that and had multiple sex with her.
The Northern Regional Coordinator of the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit (DOVVSU) of the Ghana Police Service, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Mr Emmanuel Cudjoe Holortu, who confirmed the story explained that the victim reported her ordeal to the Police.
According to him, the suspect started having sex with the daughter last year nut the most recent incident occurred on October 23, 2021.
