The team manager for female league club Pearlpia Ladies Karim Tijani has complained bitterly of how the team is lacking behind due to poor performance on the part of the players.
He lamented bitterly on how some players bring their lactating babies to tournaments and the cost involved in their staying over when they go and play matches was extremely expensive.
Speaking on Rainbow Sports, the men in the team are forced to care for the babies, so the players, would concentrate on playing.
He stressed the cost involved is problematic for them and has called for support.
He said they need Police escort especially in situations where the team is forced to lodge at locations before their matches.
He added that the Women’s League needs support to make it better.
