Former President John Dramani Mahama has lost one of his brothers, Emmanuel Adam Mahama.
The death of the late Adam Mahama was disclosed in a brief statement issued and signed by special aide to Mr. John Dramani Mahama, Joyce Bawa Mogtari.
He died after a short illnes on Friday December 31.
“This is to announce the death of Emmanuel Adam Mahama, a brother of HE John Dramani Mahama, on Friday 31st December 2021 after a period of illness, the brief statement said.
“The family will announce plans for his burial and funeral in due course,” it added.
