Founder and Leader of the Atta-Mills Institute Koku Anyidoho have stated that Ghanaians have come to accept that the institute he founded has been the legitimate institution preserving the legacies of the late Prof. John Evans Fiifi Atta-Mills.
Reacting to a question on what he made of the recent launch of the Atta-Mills Memorial Heritage, he sarcastically stated that “without counterfeit, you cannot know the original”.
He said, this claim was only an inference and did not mean he was describing the heritage as such.
In an interview with Kwabena Agyapong on Rainbow Radio 87.5fm, he posited that he was glad the heritage was launched because it has made Ghanaians know that he (Koku) was doing the right thing all along.
He asserted that is not surprising that for 10 years, some people are now realizing that there was the need to preserve the legacies of the late Mills.
Koku Anyidoho noted that he has been the one who has to answer questions even after the Heritage gas has been launched.
He said ” the traffic to Atta-Mills has been amazing. People have discovered that AMI is doing something great. Everybody wants to support AMI.
People know I have been doing the right thing and are willing to support me to preserve the legacies of the late Mills. We have done a lot, we have gone far ahead and continue to do more,” he added.
He added that the institute making giant strides both in the local space and the globe.
“Ten years down the line, we are still keeping the legacies and memories of late Atta-Mills alive. We will keep celebrating him,” he told the host.
