The landlady went on to say that another tenant had woken her up by loudly calling her name. When they decided to knock on the door to find out what was wrong with her, a man’s voice from the room said, “Alice is asleep,” and they went back to sleep.

The landlady went on to say that the father came in and found his daughter murdered in the room.

The father, Akwasi Osarfo Emmanuel, also explained that the landlady came to him in the morning and told him that they heard Alice struggling with someone in her room in the night and she rushed to see what had happened and he found her dead in a pool of blood.

He went on to say that he was furious with the co-tenant and the landlady for doing nothing when they heard her struggling with someone.

He concluded that he had heard her daughter was dating a carpenter while he was unaware, but since the incident, they have been attempting to contact him but he has not returned any calls.
