The Electricity Company of Ghana has announced that the meters which were not stable, including the Nuri and Clou meters, are now vending smoothly.
However, the power distributor says there are a few others which are slow in some areas.
It assured the customers that it was working to stabilize the situation.
It further stated that all third-party vending points are fully operational now.
“We are currently working on stabilizing those in the Ashanti Region and then activating the mobile App which has currently been deactivated.
All 3rd Party Vending points are fully operational.”
It added that “We already have in place a Help Desk to assist these 3rd Party Vendors who are having challenges with the appropriate firewall and other information to enable them to send without any hitch.”
