Taxi driver murdered, body dumped in an unfinished school building with his head severed

A 28-year-old driver was killed and dumped in an unfinished Senior High School building at Ajumako Mando in the Central Region’s Ajumako Enyan Essiam District.

According to a report gathered by Rainbow Radio’s reporter Eric Annan, the driver, Bernard Botchway, was a taxi driver who worked from Ekumfi Esaakyir taxi station to Ajumako.

He was hired by a group of young men last weekend but went missing three days later.

He stated that three men bore the driver on Saturday, October 29, 2022, around 7:00 PM as a drop from Ekumfi Esaakyir to Enyan Abaasa but never returned to work.

He stated that other drivers reported the incident to the police.

Students at the secondary school were said to have discovered an awful smell coming from a building on campus.

When they got closer, they saw the driver’s body with his head severed.

The police were notified and rushed to the crime scene, where the severed head was discovered after a search.

The Police are currently investigating the matter.

The taxi of the deceased with registration number GT6188-20 was also asnatched by his alleged killers.
