The Feminine Empowerment Foundation, a women’s empowerment organization, has made an undisclosed donation to women with breast cancer at the 37 Military Hospital.

Dr. Anne S. Daly, the organization’s founder and President, stated that one of the organization’s top priorities is educating women on what they can do to be proactive about their breast health.

She contended that learning enough about breast cancer and detecting it early can help save lives.

She explained that having breast cancer is not a death sentence because it can be treated if detected early.

She stated that one of our major goals is to reduce the number of women who present with the late-stage disease at diagnosis through community outreach and education.

Dr. Anne S. Daly commended Ghana Gas for supporting the initiative and donation drive.
