The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has set May 6, 2022, as the date for its presidential primaries.
The proposed date, was captured in a timetable released by the party Thursday at its Functional and National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting.
Nominations are expected to be open from Monday, February 22 to Wednesday, February 24, 2023.
Forms would be submitted and filed from Monday, March 20, 2023 to Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
The aspirants will be vetted from Monday, March 27, 2023 to Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
Per the timetable, aspirants who have issues with the process would have to appeal from March 30, 2023, to April 6, 2023.
The filing fee is GH500,000, with a nomination fee of GH30,000 for presidential candidates.
