Nine (9) people are believed to be dead after their boat capsized in Azizakpe, Ada East District. Rainbowraduoonline.com learned that the people were traveling from Azizanya to an over-bank community called Azizakpe prior to the unfortunate incident. The incident, which happened around 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2023, is said to have been caused by strong river waves. Azizakpe is a community near the estuary.
