NAMAL Real Estate, one of Ghana’s preferred land and construction companies, has been named the 2023 Alternate Medicine Industry Supporting Company of the Year.
Over the weekend, the company was honoured at the sixth edition of the West Africa Herbal and Alternative Medicals Award.
The awards organized by AfricMedia Galaxy, a leading events management firm in Ghana, celebrated individuals and companies in the traditional and alternative medicine industry for their outstanding achievements in their various fields in the year 2023.
This special category was given to the company because it has been a genuine land and construction company with no litigation since its inception.
According to the organisers, the company distinguished itself from the competition by providing quality service to its clients, particularly those in the herbal and alternative medicine sectors.
After accepting the award, Chief Executive Officer Eng. Kamal Iddrisu stated that the company has a clean track record in the land and construction business, which distinguishes it from all other existing brands.
He stated that the company have a dedicated team of qualified Engineers working as Real Estate Developers, General Construction services.
He urged land and construction companies to provide the best services possible to land buyers, free of litigation and dubious deals.
He stated that the land sector is plagued by several cases of litigation because some dishonest people take advantage of voters.
This, he emphasised, must stop, and he also advised land buyers to conduct due diligence before purchasing land.
