The Ministry of Food Food and Agriculture has denied the recruitment of animal health officers and veterinary staff.
The Ministry in a statement said its attention has been drawn to news circulating on social media of the said recruitment.
However, the Ministry has categorically denied any recruitment exercise.
It has therefore advised the public to disregard the news.
It added that any such recruitment would be properly advertised under the Chief Director in the print and electronic media.
