Two people were killed and another is critically injured after a teacher’s Quarters collapsed on them in Adanse-Asrevikrom, Adansi-Asokwa District, Ashanti Region.
According to witnesses, the two died on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, when the seven-bedroom building collapsed on them during a communal labour.
The deceased persons were identified as William Okyere, 40, and Mawutor Atsu, 37, at the New Edubiase government hospital.
A heavy downpour also ripped off the roof of the building, so the residents in the area agreed to fix it.
The survivor of the incident Agbotu, said surviving was by divine intervention.
