Some staff of the Complementary Education unit of the Ministry of Education, formerly Non-Formal Education to the Minister for Education are outraged at the Ministry for failing to act on a petition they filed against the Director General of CE, Mr. Asumadu.
The aggrieved staff said the Ministry has been quiet, and the accused has even been elevated to their utter disappointment.
They are therefore demanding answers from the Ministry as to why the petition was not addressed.
They believe that Minister is shielding the accused, their current Director General of CE, Mr. Asumadu.
In their petition, they accused the director of bribe-taking for promotion, witch hunting, unjustified transfer, and sexual harassment including showing of manhood and masturbation.
Rainbowradioonline.com has gathered that the petitioners wrote to the Ministry demanding an immediate probe into the matter.
“There have been some transfers which are based on witch hunting, malice and personal sentiments from our Acting National Director, Mr. Francis Asumadu since he took office.
It has been all about sexual exploits in which National Service Personnel are mostly victims and they are ready to speak out with evidence.
It has been about financial mismanagement for personal gains, and victimization if you do not yield to his sexual exploits or do not fall into his good books.
This is evidential enough if you interrogate most people at the Headquarters.
A lot of the transfers done over a year now came with salary issues because the division has not been able to transfer their salaries. The victims end up losing their salaries because of salary validation issues which the Controller and Accountant General Department has warned against vehemently.
We see the transfers in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic outrageous and a mere source of punishment.”
They also claimed in the petition that the said director brought women into his office for his sexual escapades.
The staff alleged that a pregnant woman once caught him masturbating and he allegedly asked her to hold his manhood until he ejaculated.
The National Director brings ladies to the office during the weekends for sexual exploits which by a tactful interrogation of security men even in other adjourning offices around
will testify to if assured of no form of victimization.
What broke the camel’s back was when a staff who is a married woman and was pregnant chanced upon the National Acting Director masturbating and watching porn at the office.
He asked the lady to hold his manhood till he ejaculates.
The lady in question refused and run to his secretariat with the Director following her with his pants half down. The lady has since then been terrified. This is an open secret at the Headquarters and the lady is ready to testify since her husband is aware of the incident.
There were no discussions with the people involved whatsoever but only from his allies that Director sees you as a threat and cannot work with you, especially by his “Special
lady assistant”.
