Former Minister of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng is currently under investigation.
The investigations are being conducted by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP).
The OSP few weeks invited the former minister over corruption and corruption-related activities.
Key among the investigations is over his report on the dissolved Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM).
He is reportedly on over 5 million Cedis bail.
