A member of the National Communication Team of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bernard Oduro Takyi, says President Akugo-Addo would be elected as the class prefect in heaven if he had achieved half of what former President Mahama achieved while in office.
According to Bernard Oduro Takyi, better known as BOT and a certified Chartered economist, the former president has a strong track record of delivering significant infrastructure development in the country.
The outspoken NDC member was speaking at the launch of John Mahama’s 2024 campaign in the Bono region’s Sunyani West Constituency.
Bernard Oduro Takyi said Nana Akufo Addo’s NPP government is no match for former President John Dramani Mahama’s achievements.
He stated that the people of Sunyani West Constituency, Bono region, and the entire nation must work hard to vote massively against the NPP Government in the 2024 general elections to express their displeasure for the many hardships they are currently experiencing.
”I was a member of the NPP before joining the NDC, and I must admit that if Akufo-Addo could achieve half of what Mahama did in terms of infrastructure development, he would be elected as the class prefect in heaven. If Akufo-Addo could accomplish what Mahama did in four years, he would be class captain in heaven. He is incapable of doing so. He [Nana Addo] lacked the ability to be a visionary leader.”
He also told the gathering that the country would need 50 years to recover from the economic crisis caused by Nana Addo’s administration.
”I am an economist, and I must tell you that it will take 50 years to repair the economic mess that this NPP government has created.
