The Ghana Education Service has released the results of the promotion test results for various grades for the promotional exams held in February this year.
A statement issued by the service said out of the 80,810 candidates who took the test, 55,917, representing 69%, were successful.
The grades include Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Assistant Director II, and Principal Superintendent.
The statement further disclosed that for the Deputy Director position, 8,565 candidates took the test, and only 55,917 candidates representing 69%, were successful.
21,749 candidates out of the 25,556 candidates who took the Assistant Grade I exam, representing 85%, were successful.
Candidates who sat for the Assistant Director II promotional test were 40,020, out of which 24,581 (representing 61%, were successful.
