Kennedy Agyapong, an aspiring presidential candidate in the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has threatened President Nana Akufo-Addo and his vice president, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, with a showdown in this country.
The Assi Central MP erupted in a rage after learning that his polling agent had been fired.
While on the phone, the MP was visibly enraged, threatening the president and his vice president.
It is unknown who he was speaking with on the phone, but the enraged MP shouted, “I swear to God, President Akufo-Addo. I will give you a showdown in this country. Vice President, I’m going to offer you a showdown. You chased my agent out of the polling station and the person run into a room? You will see what happens in this country. I vow to God, I will challenge President Akufo-Addo at any time.”
