The Ministry of Roads and Highways has announced traffic diversions on the Accra-Tema motorway due to the construction of a bridge connecting Flowerpot to East Legon as part of the Flowerpot Interchange project.
Motorists are therefore urged to be aware of the traffic diversions in place on the Accra-Tema Motorway around the construction zone, the Ministry said in a statement.
During this time, all vehicles with a height of more than 4.5m must use the beach road.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution, drive at the posted speed limit, and obey traffic management signs during this time, the statement added.
