An independent presidential candidate, Dr. Sam Ankrah, says there is a serious gap between the political class, which has the opportunity to manage our economy and the Ghanaian people.
He said corruption has infested our country, and the political class is taking advantage of Ghanaians.
He asserted that the era of the National Democratic Congress and the governing New Patriotic Party is a style of leadership and politics that is like a musical chairs game, and the change from mediocre to mediocre would send the country nowhere.
He declared that leaders, after each other, are only interested in living a luxurious lifestyle at the expense of the poor.
He said that due to this, there is a serious gap between the rich and the poor.
He lamented that Ghanaian voters must get wiser and bring on board people who can manage Ghana and take us to prosperity.
Dr. Sam Ankrah, a globally acclaimed economist, investment banker, and fundraiser said we need competent people who have an interest in Ghana at heart.
He made a clarion call and challenged Ghanaians to vote against these two parties.
He further admonished Ghanaians to ask themselves if they are true citizens: “What is going to be my contribution to making Ghana beautiful again? Will I be able to look my children in the eye and answer their questions as to why I made no contribution to preserving the source of drinking water and farmlands for their generation? What are we leaving for the next generation? Let’s ask ourselves these questions, and if we are not satisfied with the answers, quickly take your phone and the Alternative Force for Action Group”.
He made the remarks in an interview on Frontline on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm.
