The Ghana Police Service has extended gratitude to organizers and participants in the #OccupyBoGProtest which was held on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
In a brief statement, the Police reiterated that it remains committed to ensuring that it maintains law and order in the country.
This it said it will do while working in collaboration with all stakeholders.
“The Ghana Police Service wishes to express its gratitude to all stakeholders for their cooperation and support during the demonstration organized by the Minority Group in Parliament today, Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023.
We wish to once again assure the public that the Police remain committed to upholding our democratic values and will continue to work together with all stakeholders to ensure peace, security, law and order in our beloved country.”
