District Chief Executive for the Upper West Akim Constituency in the Eastern Region, Eugene Sacky, has applauded the Adeiso police for reducing the level of crime in the communities.
He acknowledged the efforts of DSP Bafour Awuah, who has been in the Adeiso community since 2021, particularly the peaceful supervision of the 2023 District Assembly elections.
Eugene Sacky, while praising the police, urged them to double their efforts to protect and preserve the peace before, during, and after the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections.
“The only thing we can tell you, police, is thank you for the tremendous job you have done to reduce the crime rate in this district for the last couple of years. And all this is possible because of the good leadership of Commander Bafour Awuah since he came here in 2021.”
“As a district, we will help them with everything they need to do the work, and they did well by ensuring peaceful elections during the District Assembly elections, and we want them to do the same in the 2024 general elections because there will be a lot of tension, so we want them to preserve our peace,” Eugene Sacky said on Rainbow Radio Accra.
