Dr. Osei Bonsu Dickson has been appointed as the Deputy National Security Coordinator by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Dr. Osei Bonsu Dickson held various top positions within the Ministry of National Security prior to his appointment and is a well renowned specialist in national security legislation, cyber, and maritime policy.
At the Ministry of National Security, he served as Chief Legal Advisor, Director for Security Governance, Director for Legal, Director for Intelligence Analysis, and Director responsible for Policy, Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
Dr. Dickson has also served on the boards of several organisations, including the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC), the Africa Centre for Strategic Studies, Expresso Telecom Group, and the Ghana Boundary Commission (GhBC).
Dr. Dickson brings to his new post a wealth of experience spanning an excellent 25-year career in national security operations and legal issues.
