News reaching Rainbowradioonline.com, indicates that the Chief Executive Officer of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has been detained by the Special Prosecutor.
According to reports, he was arrested for reportedly providing money to delegates ahead of the NPP Parliamentary primaries.
The suspected money pooling was brought to the Special Prosecutor’s notice by his opponent for the Asante Akim Central parliamentary seat, Kwame Anyimadu Antwi.
He was reportedly apprehended and escorted to his office in Accra to assist with ongoing investigations.
