Paul gathers lies and presents them as facts on a touch screen, I don’t want to discuss him – Domelevo

Former Auditor General Daniel Yaw Domelevo has taken a swipe at broadcast journalist and host of Good Evening Ghana Paul Adom Otchere, describing him as a journalist who lacks credibility.

He said the host has his own way of gathering information, which is not credible, and presents it as facts.

The former World Bank staff member, who was lambasted by a journalist, expressed his dissatisfaction with the journalist’s style of journalism and refused to waste his time on him, stating that his approach is not admirable.

He was responding to a question about whether he agreed with Adom Octhere’s opinion that he [Domelevo] should be surcharged for the way he carried out his duties.

”Paul Adom Ochtere has got his own way of gathering what he alleges to be facts, doing touch-screen analysis, putting lies together, and coming to his conclusions.”

He described how Pual Adom Otchere took him to the cleaners after the CSOs went to court over the President’s directive for him to go on mandatory leave.

He claimed Paul later returned to congratulate him after the Supreme Court ruled that the president’s directive was unconstitutional.

He pointed out that this only demonstrated the journalist’s lack of professionalism and ethics.

”In one of his presentations, he actually attacked them [CSOs] for going to the Supreme Court… I was surprised; when the decision came, he now came and congratulated me in one of his presentations and said that the judges’ integrity was intact—and a whole lot of propaganda. So please, let’s not discuss Paul. He has his own style of journalism, and he is entitled to it,” he told Dr. Ren on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, United Kingdom.
