A two pairs of twin feotus were discovered in a gutter in Maa Momo, an Ashaiman suburb.
Residents in the area describe that they were going about their normal business when they discovered the foetus in the large gutter that runs through the heart of the neighbourhood.
Several of them spoke with journalists and expressed disbelief at the incident.
Some of them speculated that this could have occurred at daybreak because they did not see someone drop the baby in the gutter.
The authorities later investigated the area and transported the two pairs of baby foetuses away.
