The Electricity Company of Ghana has announced to its cherished customers that it will undertake emergency maintenance on its CLOU prepayment server.
The exercise will begin tomorrow, Thursday, January 25, 2024, from 1 a.m. to Friday, January 26, 2024, at 10 a.m.
It has therefore advised customers to purchase enough credit that will last for the period of the downtime.
The company apologises for the inconvenience the maintenance will cause.
“The inconvenience caused to affected customers is deeply regretted.”
