An unidentified woman believed to be in her 30s has been found dead.
The woman was found half-naked near the Otorkporlu bridge, off the Odumase-Asesewa highway in the Eastern Region.
Her attackers removed her tongue, her genitalia, and other vital parts of her body.
Residents in the area noticed the incident on Saturday.
The police were informed, and the remains were sent to the Koforidua Regional Hospital.
Investigations into the matter have started.
Reporting the story on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5 FM, Nana Yaw said.
The incident has shocked the residents.
They have therefore asked the police to investigate the matter and arrest the attackers.
