Deputy Ranking Member on the Education Committee of Parliament, Dr. Clement Apaak, has reacted to the latest documentary produced by JoyNews, which highlights the challenges confronting the free senior school policy, particularly on feeding.
The legislator noted that what the documentary had captured is something known to parents, students, and other stakeholders in the education sector.
He stated that the only difference here is that the media house, which is a private firm, has put out evidence that the government can no longer deny.
He said the government had consistently denied these challenges, but the latest documentary has affirmed the challenges that stakeholders had complained about several times.
In a statement, he said persons who had raised concerns over these challenges have been called names.
However, the latest documentary has vindicated those who raised these issuessome timee ago.
