You’ve left us with lasting and good memories – Dr. Apaak eulogies father as family prepares to lay him to rest on May 4

Member of Parliament for Builsa South, Dr. Clement Apaak, has eulogised his late father  Mr. Paul Asikisimi, describing him as a teacher who helped shape his life.

Dr. Apaak said the late father was someone who invested in the welfare of others, not only his children.

He noted that the late father left behind lasting memories that the family cannot forget.

The late father, Paul Asikisimi, passed away on March 3, 2024, in Sandema.

The late Mr. Paul Asikisimi, according to the family, passed away in the early hours of March 3, 2024, at his home in Sandema. 

The family said he was surrounded by loved ones and immediate family when he transitioned peacefully.

In his latest update on the final funeral rites, he said the late father was popularly known as the originator of the famous “solving it the Builsa way.”

According to him, the late teacher gave him and others the best; hence, they were prepared to give him the befitting burial he deserves on May 4, 2024.

“The originator of the famous “solving it the Builsa way”. My Uncle, my Headmaster and my Geography teacher, you lived a great life. You gave me and many others your best, including lessons and memories we can never forget. Uncle, Master, and Teacher, we will give you the befitting send-off you so deserve on May 4th 2024.”

The wake for the late Asikisimi will be held on May 3, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. at the family residence.

The Mass service will be held on May 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, Sandema.

He will be buried at the family house in Doninga-Wupiensa.
