The Ghana Police Service has arrested a suspect in connection with a robbery that occurred at Ahodwo, Nhyiaeso, in the Ashanti Region.
The incident, according to the service, occurred on June 27, 2024, at about 1 a.m.
The robbery led to the death of an officer, a brief statement issued by the police said.
The police said an intelligence operation is currently underway to have the other suspects connected to the robbery attack arrested.
