Two minors (names withheld) were forced to undergo anal at Tendamba, a village in the Upper West. Some residents claimed to have caught the two junior high school kids in the act.
According to developing details, when they were allegedly apprehended, one attempted to flee but was apprehended and compelled to re-enact by having sex with the other.
Rex Nhyiraba Kobby Antieku, reporting from the region on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM’s Nyankonton Mu Nsem, said residents claimed to have caught the two in the toilet having sex.
He stated that the episode surprised the person who discovered them first and raised an alert, attracting the attention of others.
The incident was captured on video, and those who caught them were heard in their native language asking them to repeat what they were doing.
He said, “when the two minors were caught, they had finished, and one made an attempt to run, but he was apprehended, and they were forced to re-enact in the scene so it would be captured on video to serve as evidence.”
The reporter went on to say that after they were apprehended, some urged they be sent to the police station, while others suggested they be taken to the Chief’s Palace.
They are currently being held in custody by citizens and will be transferred to the Chief’s Palace on Saturday.
