The Ghana Police Service has said it is currently on a manhunt for private legal practitioner Oliver Vormawor, one of the organisers of the Reoccupy Julorbi House demonstration.
The Service, in a statement, said a manhunt is underway to apprehend one of the protest leaders and some others.
He and the other individuals are being pursued for allegedly engaging in acts of lawlessness during their demonstration.
The police have already arrested some demonstrators for engaging in unlawful activities, including blocking roads, toppling police barriers, and obstructing traffic at the 37 Roundabout in Accra.
The private legal practitioner was seen in a viral video stropping the engine of a police towing vehicle, removing the keys, and throwing it away.
He later fled the scene after his act, which he has since justified following the seizure of a vehicle belonging to the demonstrators.

Meanwhile, the lawyer has responded to the statement by the police.
He has asked the police to stop the manhunt and inform him where and when he should show up with his lawyers.
He further asked the police to release the eight-year-old minor who has been apprehended by the service and the 15 others.
