The Ghana Police has announced the arrest of private legal practitioner, Mr. Oliver Barker-Vormawor, one of the leaders of Democracy Hub, organisers of the Reoccupy Julorbi House demonstration.
The police had been on a manhunt for him for allegedly engaging in lawlessness during the demonstration.
He was seen in a viral video removing the ignition key of a police towing vehicle that had come tow a vehicle of the demonstrators.
The lawyer justified his action, saying the police vehicle was towed, which contained some essential items, including water and first aid for the demonstrators.
The police in its update number five informed Ghanaians that the later has been arrested and will face justice.
