A twenty-eight-year-old electrician (name yet to be disclosed) is in police custody after reportedly stealing electrical cables intended for a building project at Suma Domeabra in the Jaman North of the Bono area.
The teenage suspect was working with his master on a hospital project in the neighbourhood, but unbeknownst to his employer and other construction workers, he was stealing wires intended for the project.
Nana Kwame, reporting on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, stated that the suspect took the first bundle of cables purchased for the project.
A new set of wires was purchased, and work on the wiring began.
