Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin has rejected the writs served on Parliament, regarding the declaration of some four seats vacant.
He has therefore directed the documents served on the House to be returned to the Supreme Court.
Deputy Clerk of Parliament, Ebenezer Ahumah Djietror, who signed the release, said the Speaker had stated that the documents served on the House were contrary to Article 117 of the 1992 Constitution.
