The Ghana Police Service has launched a manhunt for the suspects who allegedly kidnapped Madam Sylvia Baah, the Airport Services Manager at Emirates Airlines.
The victim was allegedly kidnapped by the suspects, who are currently on the run at her private residence.
The Police on Friday, November 22, 2024, issued a statement informing the public about the kidnapping incident.
Social media was also awash with several appeals informing the public of the kidnapping and suggesting their assistance in finding her.
Barely 24 hours after the incident, the Police have announced the rescue of the victim.
In its update, the police announced that the victim has been reunited with her family while the suspects were being pursued.
It extended gratitude to all those who provided them with pieces of information in their investigation, which led to the rescue of the victim.
The Inspector General of Police, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, has spoken to the victim and her family, and they are in good spirits, a statement issued by the Service revealed.
