The Ghana Police Service has arrested an official of the Electoral Commission (EC) atbtye Kintampo South constituency.
The Police in a statement said the official was arrested in connection with electoral offences in the ongoing presidential and parliamentary elections.
The suspect, identified as Derby Josrph was arrested for issuing about 15 ballot papers to voters that omitted the first presidential candidate at Ampesika-Bayere polling station.
He is currently in custody and assisting with investigation.
