Presidential candidate for the Convention People’s Party (CPP), Nana Frimpomaa Sarpong Kumankumah, has encouraged all eligible Ghanaian voters who are set to cast their ballots in the ongoing presidential and parliamentary elections to come out in their numbers and vote for change.
The only female candidate who is on the presidential ballot said failing to vote in the elections means others will decide for them.
She said it was a civic responsibility to elect people with competence and the needed skills required in managing the country far better than what the ruling New Patriotic Party had done and what the opposition National Democratic Congress had also achieved.
Speaking exclusively to Rainbow Radio’s Boshyeba K. Afriyie after casting her ballot at the Police Headquarters, she noted that Ghanaians have given the two parties 32 years to govern, and yet they have failed, hence the need to give the CPP a chance.
She argued that the CPP has a solid track record of managing Ghana better than the two parties.
She expressed confidence in winning the presidential election because Ghanaians were fed up with the level of incompetence exhibited by the two major political parties.
He asked Ghanaians to remember the quality leadership the CPP under the late Dr. Kwame Nkrumah delivered when he was in office.
“I strongly believe that Ghanaians will vote massively for me, the CPP. Ghanaians are tired and no longer see the NPP and NDC as competent parties to manage the country. We should no longer vote for them. Ghanaians are also excited that I am a competent woman who is ready to provide better leadership to help transform the country.”
She assured Ghanaians that the return of the CPP would ensure that all QBAON projects of the CPP would be revived.
Nana Frimpomaa Sarpong Kumankumah said she has the best policy and the best track record as an individual and a political party.
To those who have decided not to vote, she advised them to rescind their decision and come out massively in their numbers and vote for the CPP because we have the blueprint for managing the country better.
