The New Patriotic Party’s parliamentary candidate for Adenta, Akosua Asaa Manu, says the voting process has been smooth so far.
Speaking with the media after casting her ballot, she said she used the biometric process because she did not bring along her voter’s ID card.
She has therefore encouraged everybody who is embarrassed to have lost the ID card to turn up in their numbers and vote.

The candidate was also confident of winning the seat.
She said the constituency is one that does not traditionally vote for the NPP, but from the work done and mode of the constituency, she was optimistic of victory.
Akosua Saa Manu claimed her popularity has appreciated consistently because of her commitment to developing the constituency.
In her view, this government has chalked up remarkable success, and the Ghanaian voters will reward them with victory.
